Brett
Brett has been in the business for about 10 years, though he's been taking photos for a bit longer than that, and it is clear he is in it for the love of the art form. When asked what his specialty is, Brett gets so enthusiastic that he lists multiple specialties - wedding, engagement, landscape, candid, event, and family photography (if you were curious). Clearly, this is a man who loves people and what he does.

His genuine love for getting to know people makes Brett the kind of photographer who loves the challenge of creating uniquely evocative images which truly capture the essence of the couple and of those special moments in a reportage/journalistic style that spins a visual narrative to tell your story in beautifully crafted images that spell Y-O-U.

“I love photographing a father's and daughter's first hug after the bride and groom have walked down the aisle. It takes a second to shoot but in that second you see the love, pride, joy and sadness all mixed into one expression on the father's face. In that moment a father sees his life raising his daughter from baby to adult. All the memories of that journey must pass through him (and her) in that one hug that may only last for a few seconds, but can be captured to last for a lifetime.”
Kristen
Kristen got into the business with her dad shortly after he started Ross Photography, giving her 8 years of experience in photography in addition to her 3 years in film production (she has a film degree and is our resident videographer!). Having grown up in it, Kristen’s specialty is weddings and absolutely loves experiencing the authentic, loving emotions which make a wedding memorable.

Dominic
Dominic joined the family biz a little later with 5 years of photography under his belt. Being a visual artist as well, the challenge to create iconic moments in dramatically composed and coloured images gets his heart pumping the fastest.
